Diamond Roller Flour Mill

Today Diamond Roller Flour has the capacity to produce 275 MT per day. In the year 2011, we tied up with Buhler AG Switzerland, a global leader in design and manufacture of flour mills to install a modern plant on a turn-key basis. This is the only flour mill in India with all its machinery imported from Switzerland. We’ve installed Wincos Process Control system from Buhler AG, Switzerland for the new plant. This is the latest innovation in plant automation developed by Buhler. This system has been tailored for the present plant and this ensures efficient, transparent and reproducible production at all times.

Diamond TMT Plus

Today , Diamond TMT Plus has the most advanced Billet/Ingot manufacturing plant in Kerala. We maintain superior quality and weight standards for all the products. We only use imported Heavy Melting Scrap (HMS) for Steel Bar manufacturing. We have come a long way through the road of growth and expansion, and we are responsible to keep a clean environment and also to lend our hands and hearts for social development. Therefore, we at Diamonds TMT Plus have taken precautionary and preventive measures for an eco-friendly environment at the planning stage of production and growth.
